This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between SilkZpiderTravel® which owns and operates the internet site with the URL: www.silkzpider.com ("the Web Site") and you who access and/or visit or cause to access and/or visit the Web Site ("you/ your").

SilkZpiderTravel® provides its services subject to the following terms, conditions, and other terms imposed by our partners or affiliates from time to time without notice to you. You need to review the Web Site each time you use this site. By accessing, viewing, or using this site, you indicate that you understand the Terms and Conditions specified in this Agreement and those terms of the respective third party providers, distributors, partners and affiliates, and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any parts of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

SilkZpiderTravel® reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any times, effective immediately upon posting on the Web Site.

By effecting a reservation or purchase, you also represent and warrant that you are of sufficient legal age and capacity to create binding legal obligations in relation to the access and use of our products and/or services. All information supplied by you is true, current, complete, and accurate.

SilkZpiderTravel® and our partners or affiliates are only a provider for information and communication and not responsible for any services of all kinds of accommodations including resorts, hotels, motels, and any other forms of accommodations ("hotel"). Especially, if the hotel confirms with the help of SilkZpiderTravel®, we pass it to you by email, but SilkZpiderTravel® is never responsible for a confirmation issued by these hotels or their services.
No claims of alternative can be assert to SilkZpiderTravel® and associated websites/partners.

Reservations
All requests and reservations are subject to confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed by the hotel, your credit card will be charged. Reservations are confirmed by our system in order to guarantee your payment.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a booking number that is valid for your room(s) and any other services detailed in the offer conditions. At the time of booking, you MUST ensure that the email address given is correct and reachable. If you do not receive any email from our system within 24 hours, you are required to notify us immediately.

It is your responsibility to verify that all reservation details are complete and correct. SilkZpiderTravel® shall not be responsible for any loss or delay (direct, indirect, or consequential) or third party claims (including any cancellation fees) caused by any incorrect or incomplete details in your reservation request.

Making payment through our online payment gateway OR leaving your credit card information on the server shall be regarded as your firm confirmation of arrival. Should you fail to fulfill your booking, for all circumstances, the cancellation and no-show policy will be applied.

Hotel room availability has been given to us in good faith. In the event that the hotel or services are not available, SilkZpiderTravel® shall endeavor to remedy the case by offering alternative services. However, SilkZpiderTravel® shall not be responsible for or become liable in contract or tort for any damage, loss, and delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly, indirectly or as a consequence of such issue.

Rates
All rates are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges, and may be changed without prior notice (unless indicated otherwise). All reservations are subject to availability at the time of reservation. The prices quoted do not include any form of transportation (unless stated otherwise); travel insurance; items of a personal nature; excess baggage charge, and gratuities.

Check In/Out Time
Unless specified otherwise, the check in time is twelve noon (12:00 PM), and the check out time is twelve noon (12:00 PM).

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made at the discretion of SilkZpiderTravel® only if:

1. The product or service provided by SilkZpiderTravel® and respective third party providers, distributors, partners and affiliates has been fully paid for; is not available; and the suggested alternative is not acceptable; or

2. You cancel your reservation/ request with SilkZpiderTravel®within the time period permitted for refunds. No refunds will be made on unused or partially used features and services.

Amendments
For amendments to your confirmed reservation must be made through our office. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival, or cancellation in full or in part. You should also contact us if you have any problems with your reservation on arrival or during your stay.

The amendments must be made in writing only by quoting the booking number and the email address you originally used to make your booking (e.g., SZ 070306-0043 or SZ 070306-0062)

All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.

SilkZpiderTravel® reserves the right to apply an amendment fee of at least THB500 per amendment. Any amendments to reservations will be subject to the applicable package price at the time of change.

If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 10% of the total value or THB500, whichever is the greater.

Amendments are only effective when you have confirmed by email.

No Show
If you fail to show up at the hotel and cancellation has not been received at our office and confirmed by email, no refund will be made.

Cancellation Policy
We do not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies detailed below.

The Cancellation Policy below applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked with has different terms and conditions to those stated below. It is in your best interests to be aware of any Cancellation Policies that apply and fees that you may incur as a result of a cancellation. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.

Unless you are informed otherwise on your confirmation e-mail, some hotels have policies that are not the same as the above table and therefore it is in your interest to pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking.

If you do not wish to keep a reservation you must send us your cancellation request.

Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.
